01 - Cochin |
When
you arrive at Cochin Airport, our representative
would be there to welcome you & lodge you at
the best hotel. Cochin is one of India's most interesting
cities. Famed for its natural harbour, one of the
finest in the world, Cochin has earned the sobriquet
"Queen of the Arabian Sea." In the evening
we are free to relax and our overnight stay would
be at the hotel . Next day we go to Cherai Beach.

Beach is located at 15km From Cochin Inter National
Air Port and 20 kms from Ernakulam city (Kerala, India).The
Beach is very safe and tourists of all age groups
can enjoy the Beach alike. The beautiful beach is
studded with seashells of various hues and shapes.

A
boat ride along the palm fringed backwaters and
paddy fields is a breathtaking experience you will
never forget. The water is calm, crystal clear and
you could loose yourselves in the beauty of the
surrounding Kerala Village life.In between the crop
season the paddy fields are converted into fish
farms, mainly prawns.

02 - Cochin |

The
2nd day after breakfast we go for sightseeing at Cochin
to cover Chinese Fishing Nets, Jewish Synagogue, Mattancherry
Palace etc.Jewish Synagogue was built in 1568, this
is the oldest synagogue in the commonwealth. Destroyed
in a shelling during the portuguese raid in 1662,
it was rebuilt two years later by the dutch. In the
evening we go to enjoy the dance-drama of kathakali.

Kathakali
is the traditional dance of the people of Kerala.
It is a well-developed dance-drama where the actors
depict characters from the Indian mythologies. Kathakali
combines dance with dialogue to bring myth and legend
to life in the temple courtyards of Kerala. Overnight
stay at the hotel.

03 -Trichur |
|
|
After
breakfast we start the 3rd day tour to Trichur.
In the afternoon we visist Kalamandalam the dance
and music academy which gives training on classical
dance and music. Cheruthuruthy is famous as a seat
of the Kerala Kalamandalam, founded by the Poet
Sri.Vallathol Narayana Menon, to encourage the study
of the ancient arts of Kerala such as Kathakali
and Mohiniyattom.

Vadakkumnatha
Temple is one of the oldest temple in the state.
The temple is a classical example of the Kerala
style of architecture and has many decorative murals
and pieces of art. The temple sits a top hill in
the center of Thrissur. This is the venue of the
world famous Pooram festival celebrated annually
in April -May every year. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Next day we go to Palakkad.

04 -Palakkad |
|

|
Palakkad with a beautiful stretch of forest covered
with the sweet scent of the flowers of the Pala Trees
is a joy to the eye. In the afternoon we are free to
relax. Enjoy the overnight stay at the Resort.
